Nusantara Life & General began as a small mutual protection fund for port workers in Tanjung Priok. Thirty-eight years later, we protect over 1.2 million policyholders across the archipelago — but the promise is unchanged: say what we cover, cover what we say.

Every policy schedule fits on one page. Every claim decision comes with a written reason. And every policyholder can check their coverage in seconds — Asura, our virtual assistant, verifies your identity and reads your policy status back to you, day or night, in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
Security first
Asura never shares policy details until identity is verified, and it only ever discusses your own policies. For anything beyond policy status — claims, changes, payments — a human takes over. That boundary is enforced in our systems, not just our scripts.
